Ingredients needed for the home made vegetable soup
- A cup of chopped tomato.
- A half cup of chopped French beans.
- A half cup of chopped carrots.
- A half cup of chopped cabbage.
- A half cup of chopped onions.
- A half cup of chopped potato.
- A pinch of sugar.
- Three to four cups of water or vegetable stock.
- A half spoon of ginger paste.
- A half spoon of garlic paste.
- One spoon of corn flour.
- A pinch of salt.
- One spoon of butter.
- A pinch of black pepper powder.
- One spoon of fresh cream.
- Take a deep pot and add butter. Heat it. Chop some onions and add them to the pot. Cook for three minutes.
- Chop some vegetables and add them. Cook for four minutes.
- Cook for twenty minutes.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for five minutes.
- Take a half cup of water and add corn flour. Add it to the soup mixture and stir it. Allow it to boil for a minute.
- Add more water if required.
- Add sugar, salt and pepper powder.
- Allow it to boil for two minutes and the vegetable soup is ready.

Vegetable noodle soup
- Two spoons of cooking oil.
- Two onions which are chopped.
- Three carrots which are cut into slices of half an inch.
- Two ribs of celery which are cut into half inch slices.
- One and a half quartz of canned low sodium chicken broth.
- ¾ cups of canned diced tomatoes.
- One spoon of tomato paste.
- A half pound of potatoes which are peeled and cut into a dice shape of half an inch.
- A half pound of green beans which are halved.
- A pinch of salt.
- Three ounces of egg noodles.
- One third of chopped parsley.
- Take a sauce pan and pour oil into it. Apply low heat. Add onions, carrots and celery. Stir the content until the vegetables soften.
- Add tomato paste, potatoes, tomatoes, green beans and salt. Stir the contents and allow it to boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer. Leave it partially covered for twenty minutes.
- Add egg noodles and stir. Allow the soup to simmer.
- You can add vegetables like celery root, fennel, cabbage, peas, lima beans and bell peppers.
