A round shaped bun bread (the burger, number is varied with the number of the people)
- 1 Cup grated potato.
- 1 cup grated carrot.
- 1 cup grated onion.
- Very small sliced capsicum (½ cup).
- Salt (according to your taste).
- Spice powders. (1 tablespoon).
- The biscuit powder (as needed).
- Oil for frying.
At first, mix the all vegetables, salt and the spice powders very properly. Put them in a pot and keep them on the burner to be light boiled for some time. When they are boiled, try to make several 3 inch balls with them. In another pot, pour ½ litter oil. After the oil is enough heated, then make the balls fry in it by adding the biscuit powders over them. After these balls turn into the red or brown color, put them off them burner.

Take the bun breads. Cut the in the middle (but don’t untie the two pieces fully). Add mayonnaise inside it. Then add the vegetable balls inside the buns. You can also the extra carrot, cucumber and green leaves inside these buns too. So, after all the ingredients, your burgers are fully ready to eat.
